Business Valuations

To value a business in Provamark, you must first import or input financial statements.

There are two valuation methods available in Provamark based on the type of subscription you have:

The small business valuation is used for the Basic and Business Broker subscriptions

The M&A business valuation is a more detailed module available under the M&A subscription
